Jane became CEO of Citi in March 2021.  She is the first female CEO in the firm’s history. Previously, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank.

Jane has also served as CEO of Citigroup Latin America, CEO of US Consumer and Commercial Banking and CitiMortgage, CEO of Citi Private Bank and Global Head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Before joining Citi, Jane was a partner at McKinsey & Company. She started her career in mergers & acquisitions at Goldman Sachs and then worked for Asesores Bursátiles.

Jane is Vice Chair for Partnership for New York City and a member of the Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board, the Economic Club of New York and the Council on Foreign Relations.

Jane has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a master’s in economics from Cambridge University.

Ida leads Citi’s private banking activities globally, overseeing the delivery of wealth management strategies to ultra-high net worth families and their businesses. She is also a member of the Global Wealth Management Leadership Team.

Previously, Ida led the Private Bank in North America. She joined the Private Bank in 2007, launching and heading the Fashion, Retail and Entertainment Group.

Prior to Citi, Ida was at Vivienne Tam, a women’s wear design house, where she was Global Head of Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Business Development. Before that, Ida spent seven years in investment banking with Merrill Lynch’s mergers & acquisitions and technology, media and telecommunications investment banking groups in New York and Hong Kong. She started her career in mergers and acquisitions at BT Wolfensohn, now Deutsche Bank.

Ida is a Young Global Leader (YGL) of the World Economic Forum and a member of The Committee of 100 (C100) and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). 

Additionally, Ida is a member of the Citi Women Steering Committee and serves as co-lead of Citi's Asian Heritage Affinity.

Ida holds a bachelor’s from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

In 2023, Ida was named on Barron’s fourth annual list of the 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance.

David has overall responsibility for Citi Global Wealth Investments, which unifies the Investments teams of the Private Bank and the Consumer Bank worldwide.

As Chief Investment Officer, David ensures the integration of our asset allocation, manager research and portfolio management teams, and offers his perspectives on the markets.

David joined the Private Bank in 2009 as the Global Head of Managed Investments. He designed the architecture of our global managed investments platform, including its Citi Investment Management unit, and our distinctive private equity, real estate, hedge fund and traditional investment teams. He became Global Head of Investments in October of 2017.

Prior to joining Citi, David was Head of Alternative Investment Asset Management for Bank of America Global Wealth and Investment Management, where he was responsible for client alternative investments across private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. He has been a co-founder of a hedge fund of funds, Martello Investment Management, and a senior executive at two leading hedge funds, John W. Henry and Company and Ellington Management Group.

David holds a BA with honors from Amherst College and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.

Steven heads our Global Strategy team which formulates our macro investment views across all regions and asset classes. He chairs our Global Investment Committee, which sets our tactical asset allocation, the basis for discretionary portfolios we manage for clients. 

As Chief Economist, Steven provides detailed macroeconomic analyses to inform portfolio decisions.

Previously, Steven was Head of Economics for US institutional equities at Citi Investment Research. He advised the firm’s institutional and government clients globally on macroeconomic developments, forecasts and policy analysis. 

He was also economic advisor to the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Global Investment Committee and a voting member of predecessor Asset Allocation Committees at Salomon Smith Barney.

Steven has a master’s in quantitative economics from the Zicklin School of Business, Bernard M. Baruch College, City University of New York

Halé leads Citi Private Bank’s North America operations and is a member of the Private Bank’s Global Leadership Team.

She has more than three decades of experience serving ultra-high net worth families, most recently as Global Market Manager of the Western Region. Prior to joining Citi in 2002, she worked for Bank of America, directing a team of private banking professionals in Beverly Hills, California.

Halé recently received the Deborah Award from the Anti-Defamation League for her leadership and civic contributions. She is also a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Governors of the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation.

Halé has a bachelor’s in economics from Georgetown University, where she is an active member of the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security.

Fernando has overall responsibility for serving clients throughout Latin America. He is also a member of the Private Bank’s Global Leadership Team and Latin America’s operating committee.

With over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Fernando joined Citi in 2004. Initially serving as a Private Banker, he subsequently became Global Market Manager for Iberia and Italy and most recently Global Market Manager for Southern Europe.

Previously, Fernando held various roles at Banco Urquijo, including Director of Private Banking for Central and Northern Spain. He began his career at Instituto de Empresa, Madrid.

Fernando studied law at the University of Valladolid and earned his MBA and a master's in tax and international business law from the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid.

Citi Private Bank’s operations in Latin America are dedicated to serving the most influential families in the region from offices in New York, Miami, Houston, Mexico City, Bahamas, Sao Paulo, Santiago, Madrid and London, providing a broad range of investment advice and strategies, as well as lending, banking and cash management, custody, and trust services. 

With over 30 years’ experience in the financial sector, Luigi oversees all aspects of Citi Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth’s operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

During his career with Citi, Luigi has held a variety of regional and global roles in fixed income, risk management, corporate and investment banking and private banking in multiple countries.

Luigi holds a BSc in economics from Queen Mary College, University of London, and earned his MBA from Columbia University in New York, majoring in finance.

The Private Bank’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa are dedicated to serving the most influential families in the region from offices in France, Germany, Jersey, Israel, Italy, Monaco, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, providing a broad range of investment advice and solutions, as well as lending, banking and cash management, custody, and trust services.

Steven has overall responsibility for the Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth across the region.

Previously, he was Global Market Manager for Hong Kong. Before that, he held various other senior positions, including Global Market Manager for Thailand and Vietnam.

Steven began his career with the Private Bank in 1991, initially working in Vancouver and subsequently in New York.

He is a member of the Citi Asia Operating Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Citibank (China) Co. Ltd.

Steven holds a bachelor’s in social administration from Loughborough University in the UK,  and earned his MBA from Warwick University.
